Card protection

All cards are thoroughly protected, they are shipped in sleeves and/or with toploaders.

Shipping policy

Our courier of choice is Royal Mail. For higher value cards we recommend a "Signed For" or a "Tracked" service. Please allow for 1 or 2 days to process the order.

Shipping is from the UK, any import fees or customs charges that may occur in the recipients country will be the buyer's responsibility.

Untracked services means the delivery can not be tracked, we always recommend a tracked service. The buyer must contact their local courier should any issues occur for international orders where the item is in the destination country.

Returns policy

We regret to say we do not accept returns. Single cards and slabs are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable due to the volatility of its value.

All completed, fulfilled or dispatched orders are final, unless we have made a mistake or are at fault with an order, then please contact us immediately.

Pre-order & cancellation policy

Any requests for a cancellation of orders or pre-orders are subjected to a 3.5% cancellation fee of the order total to cover our admin and transaction fees. Should a pre-order item not be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued no questions asked.

Card quality and conditions

Unless specified on the description of each product, all cards are near mint or better and the following will apply. All cards listed in our shop have never been played with. All cards are immediately sleeved after opening and un-sleeved for photos only (usually sleeved). We are the same as any other shop selling single cards. Please do not buy these cards with the thought of achieving a definite "PSA 10" or a "Beckett Black Label" after grading, there is a possibility you will achieve those grades, however all cards are prone to imperfections in the printing process that is out of our control. One Piece cards have been shown to be one of the best quality trading cards out there and seem to have lesser imperfections than others. Please purchase with these notes in mind. Our products and pricing

All the products we have on our website is within a volatile market, meaning price changes can occur frequently - including single cards, graded cards and booster boxes. All products we have on our website is subjected to the volatility of this market, the price you buy at the moment you checkout is final, we do not offer refunds or compensations should the product be cheaper at a later date. We strive to sell our products as competitively as possible and at current market value. We do not price match.
